We offer you the possibility to purchase products directly through our webshop. As part of the webshop, the data you enter, as well as data related to the products you select, will be processed by the responsible party for the purpose of offering, concluding the contract, fulfilling the contract, and fulfilling any post-contractual obligations before the contract is concluded based on the pre-contractual relationship initiated by you and after the contract is concluded based on the contract according to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If the purchase of our products is made through an existing customer account or a customer account is created for the purchase, the processing of your personal data will continue until the deletion of your customer account.
For customers who have purchased our products through a guest profile, the processing of your personal data will continue until the expiration of the statutory retention periods.
There will be further processing of your data for direct marketing purposes in non-consent-based forms, such as addressed postal advertising, unless you object.
There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. However, providing the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide the data will result in the inability to conclude the contract.
Carts of non-registered users will be deleted after a maximum of 14 days. Registered user accounts will remain until the user deletes the account.
Contract data will be processed until the statute of limitations for any post-contractual obligations expires.

If the processing of your personal data is based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing.
If there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing on our part, the processing of your data based on this legal basis will be discontinued.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In the event of an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes.
The lawfulness of the data processed until the objection is not affected by the objection.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw any consent already given at any time by changing your privacy settings. If you consented to receiving electronic advertising, you can withdraw your consent by clicking the unsubscribe link. In this case, processing will cease unless another legal basis exists. The lawfulness of the data processed until the withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal.
